Princess Penny Arrives On Nook

Back in February, I published The Plight and Plot of Princess Penny exclusively on Amazon as part of their “Kindle Select” program. The program allows Amazon Prime members to borrow one book per month for free. I had read some success stories for self publishers, but throughout the 90-day contract, I found Penny wasn’t lending all that much. It quickly dawned on me that this program wasn’t right for TaleSpins. Who would wait a month to borrow another book after reading mine in 20-30 minutes?

So after 93 days or so, I went to upload my book to B&N for Nook and realized the automatic 90-day renew was checked on Amazon Select. Oops.

So 90 more days passed and that brings us to today, the first day Penny is available for Nook.
